In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea
- cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered non dairy creamer
- 1 cup French vanilla flavored powdered non dairy creamer
- 2 1 half cups white sugar
- 1 1 half cups unsweetened instant tea
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
Palak Paneer

Bring the pot of water to boil and add about a tsp of sugar
- 4-5 packed cups Spinach
- 1-1½ cups or 200 gms Paneer, cut into 1 inch long and 1 cm thick squares or triangles
- 2-3 Green Chillies, minced or finely chopped (Adjust acc to taste)
- 1 medium Onion, very finely chopped or grated
- 1 small Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
