Restaurant-style: Fast club sandwich

Club sandwiches are an excellent lunch option because they're filling, easy and can be made with whatever ingredients you have on hand. Spread 1 one slice of your favorite sandwich bread with Dijon mustard. Add thinly sliced deli ham, lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber strips. Layer on another slice of bread, and spread with cream cheese. Repeat the filling layers once more, then top with a third slice of bread. Press down gently to make the sandwich a little more compact. Be careful not to let the fillings spill out the sides. Cut into 4 even-sized triangles. Stack 2 triangles on top of each other, secure with a long toothpick, and repeat with the remaining triangles.
