Chocolate chip banana blondies
Turns out there are many more ways to use up those overripe bananas than boring old banana bread. Chocolate is not as fussy as the rest of us: it loves those guys, bumps, bruises and all. These dense, chewy choc chip blondies with just a hint of sweet banana goodness are plenty evidence of that. Bake them until the edges are just turning a rich golden color and the chocolate chips are perfectly melty.
