How to make cake pops

  • 3 tablespoons Philadelphia or any other cream cheese
  • 2 cups dark chocolate
  • For the decoration:
  • lollipop sticks
  • sprinkles, decorative sugar, icing, candy or sugar paste

Crumble the cake in a bowl, then add to a blender to chop it finely. 

Add the cake crumbs to a large bowl, then add the cream cheese.

Take an egg carton or a piece of Styrofoam, or even a cardboard box, and cover it with aluminum foil to make an improvised stand. Poke each cake pop into the stand. This makes decorating and drying the cake pops so much easier!
