Try This GENIUS Trick to Remove Limescale From Your Faucet

,
Gourmandize

A super-easy and 100% natural solution to get rid of limescale and soapscum buildup on your faucet and sink.

Has your sink started to lose its original glossy shine? This is a seriously common problem, but thankfully it's one with a solution. We've found a genius trick for you that is simple to do, 100% natural, and – the best part – very effective.

Here's what you'll need:
- white vinegar
- a clean towel or rag
- an old sponge (it needs to be soft)
- a bowl

STEP 1: Pour the vinegar into the bowl and immerse the rag until it's completely soaked through.
STEP 2: Wrap the vinegar-soaked towel around your faucet or wherever you have limescale. Make sure the surface is completely dry before applying the solution. Let it rest for 1 hour.
STEP 3: Once the time has passed, remove the towel and use the sponge to remove the residue. (An old sponge will be softer and won't scratch the surface.)
STEP 4: Repeat the operation as needed until all the residue has been removed.

Vinegar contains a number of strong acids, making it a powerful tool against the weaker acids in residual sale and limestone. Simple, right?

Let us know how this solution works for you, and enjoy your "new" sink!
