Raspberry Mint Mojitos 

= small handful of raspberries + 2 sprigs of mint + ¼ cup soda water + 2 ounces rum

 

 

Gin Grapefruit Fizz

=  ½ ounce lime juice + ½ grapefruit juice + ¼ soda water + 2 ounces gin

 

 

Tequila Citrus Spritzer

=  ½  ounce lime juice +  ½ ounce o.j  + ½ melted honey + 1 ounce triple sec + ¼ cup soda water + handful of ice + 2 ounces tequila

 

 

Lavender Champagne

= ½ teaspoon sugar, ¼ cup champagne, ½ teaspoon dried lavender, sprig of fresh lavender (for garnish)
