As of May 25, 2018 and in application of the 2016/679 regulation of April 27, 2016, you are also entitled to exercise your rights to processing restrictions, data erasure and data portability and to not be subject to a separate automated decision, including profiling.


In the interests of confidentiality and protection of personal data, a copy of a signed document must be included with the request.

Your data is transmitted to Gourmandize partners who can process the data for their own purposes (recipients) or only on behalf of and according to the instructions of Gourmandize (subcontractors).

  • Clients and commercial partners, including marketing and advertising sales houses,
  • Police authorities in the context of judicial requisitions to combat fraud.

Gourmandize also uses subcontractors for the following operations:

  • Audience monitoring on the site and applications
  • Dissemination of advertising campaigns on the site, applications, e-mail campaigns and newsletters,
  • Transmission of e-mail campaigns and newsletters,
  • Content sharing on social networks and access to sharing features,

4.6        How Does Gourmandize Protect Your Data?

Gourmandize takes various measures to ensure the security of your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Specifically:

  • Access to the Community Member Space "MY ACCOUNT" is protected by encrypted login/password, 
  • E-mail addresses sent to third parties in the context of partner collaborations are protected by hash functions
  • Access to the databases is strictly reserved to the persons authorized to read them in carrying out their duties.
  • In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and European regulations, 750 Grams International made sure the subcontractors are committed to respecting data safety and confidentiality.
  • All 750 Grams International employees are made aware of the protection of personal data through training, newsletters and team meetings.

5. Recommending content using our Email-A-Friend Service

If you choose to use our referral service for e-mailing a recipe or other content to a friend, you will be asked to enter a friend’s e-mail address. Gourmandize will automatically send your friend a one-time only e-mail on your behalf which contains the recipe or other content, you have chosen to share, inviting your friend to visit the Website. Gourmandize does not store this information.

. Do we disclose any information to outside parties? 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, without your prior consent except in the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
