I use protein powder often in my cooking, particularly hemp, because I like the protein punch that it gives when I'm cooking something that doesn't contain much protein. I know a ton of people who use it in baking, mixing it in there cupcake, cake, and pancake batter, and others who use it solely as post workout supplements. There are dairy and dairy-free variations, which is great for those of us who are lactose-intolerant. It's a handy thing to keep around the kitchen, and I particularly like my protein milkshake desserts.
