Ingredients

  • Idly rice 1 cup
  • chana dal - 1/2 cup
  • Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  • Moong dal - 1/4 cup
  • Red chilli - 2
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Soak Dal and idly rice for at least 3 hrs.
Grind idly rice,Dal, red chilli , salt,fennel seeds in mixer.
pan add oil , mustard , cumin , hing , urad dal , onion saute and add to batter.
