  • Idly rice – 1&1/2 cup
  • Raw rice – 1&1/2 cup
  • Urad dal – ¼ cup
  • Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 3 tbsp

Preparation

Step 1

Soak all the ingredients except salt for at least 3 hrs.
Grind in grinder or mixer.
Add salt.
Allow to ferment whole night.
Make aapam using Aapam pan .
