Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain the ground hamburger meat and onions

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9x13 glass pan (I spray with Pam spray)

Step 3

Mix Bisquick and 1 cup of the lukewarm water together and stir until it forms a ball
Use the extra 1/4 cup of water if needed
*you want the dough to be a firm ball and not sticky*
Put a palm full of flour or Bisquick onto your counter (I put wax paper down) and knead the dough 10 to 20 times

Step 4

Place the dough in the center of the dish and form to the pan with your hands.
Pour the sauce and spread out
Add the browned and drained hamburger meat
Next add the cheese and any toppings that you would like

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 45 mins until the crust is golden brown

Step 6

Let it sit for at least 10 mins before cutting
