  • 1 pack of small cut up beef
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • noodles (desired amount)
  • a half cut up red pepper
  • a half cut up green pepper
  • a half cut up orange pepper
  • a half cut up yellow pepper
  • some broccoli
  • 2 cups of grated cheese
  • a cut up tomato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • grated onions

Step 1

Well to begin let us start by taking out a frying pan and cooking our meat you need to get all the red stuff out of the meat until it turns golden brown. You can add desired salt and spices to the meat if you like. Once the meat is cooked you can start to chop up your vegetables. Celery, red, green, orange, yellow pepper, broccoli, tomato. Once all the cutting is done you need a big soup pot and add the cut up vegetables with the water and meat in the pot. Have it on high till it boils. When it starts to boil add your noodles grated cheese and grated onions once that looks soft add salt and pepper and turn it to medium heat put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Water

 Filling:

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

 Method

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk, and water in a pan, and mix until you form a dough.
  2. In a saucepan, heat a splash of olive oil and add the onion. Cook on medium-high until onion has softened.  
  3. Add the ground beef, and add the salt, water, and tomato sauce. When the meat has browned, remove from heat. 
  4. Dust a flat surface with flour, and roll out the dough into a flat sheet. 
  5. Use a ramekin or cup to cut out circles. 
  6. Add a dollop of beef-tomato mixture to the center of each circle. 
  7. Pinch the dough into a little pocket.
  8. Bake in the oven at 350° F for 15 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
