Ingredients

  • 6 jalapenos
  • 12 cups peeled & chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons of cayne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and boil for around 45 minutes

Step 2

Pour into caning jars and process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes at a full boil

Step 3

Cool completly in water bath
