  • 1/4 C ketchup
  • 1/2 C panko bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Classic Meatloaf - Step 1

Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, and egg.

Step 2

Finely chop and add the onion. Mix well. Put in loaf pan and cover with ketchup and BBQ sauce, sprinkle with panko. Cook at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until cooked thouroughly.

Add a clove of garlic in with onion.
