1-Minute Microwave Cheesecakes
These one-minute microwave cheesecakes start with a cookie crumb crust and a silky filling of cream cheese and yogurt or sour cream. Beyond that, the flavors and toppings are up to you! Fold a tablespoon of Nutella into the filling, swirl in a drizzle of jam, or top with sprinkles—whatever your heart desires! Although they cook in under a minute in the microwave, they need at least two hours of chilling time in the fridge, so be sure to plan ahead.
