Clear Out Your Cabinets
No matter how committed we are to our diets, everyone has their moments of weakness. It's a lot harder to give in to that weakness when you know you can't just walk into the kitchen and grab a bag of chips—throw out any open foods that don't comply with your diet, and donate the unopened boxes and bags. If you don't live alone, ask the other person to put their junk food on a higher shelf, out of your reach.
