Be Ready to Eat Inside

Eating dinner on the patio is one of the best parts of grilling season. There are normally a few unseasonably warm nights in the early spring when you can absolutely eat outside, but for the most part, you'll have to enjoy your meal inside. Because of the cooler temperatures, your food will get cold quicker once it's off the grill—be sure the table is set and ready so you can eat while it's hot.
