Ingredients
- 1 ½ qt. torn spinach (or one 9oz microwave bag)
- 2 cups fresh mushroom slices
- 1 cup red onion rings
- 1 (10oz) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 t. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ½ cup cheese with bacon and mix well.
Step 2
In 2 ½ qt. bowl, layer spinach, cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions, and peas.
Step 3
Mix mayo, sour cream, and sugar. Spread over salad to seal.
Step 4
Sprinkle 2 T cheese over top.
Step 5
Cover and chill overnight.
