Layered Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ qt. torn spinach (or one 9oz microwave bag)
  • 2 cups fresh mushroom slices
  • 1 cup red onion rings
  • 1 (10oz) package frozen peas, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 t. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ½ cup cheese with bacon and mix well.

Step 2

In 2 ½ qt. bowl, layer spinach, cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions, and peas.

Step 3

Mix mayo, sour cream, and sugar. Spread over salad to seal.

Step 4

Sprinkle 2 T cheese over top.

Step 5

Cover and chill overnight.
