Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine rice, sugar, salt & 1 1/2 cups of milk in saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring often until thick & creamy. Approx. 15 min
Step 2
Stir in beaten egg & 1/2 cup milk cook for another 2-3 min
Step 3
Remove from heat stir in vanilla.
Cool in fridge.
Add raisins if you'd like.
