Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of bird seed
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1tbsp of corn meal
- 1 tbsp of flour
- Water
- Cookie cutter
- Straw
- Twine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bird seed, peanut butter & corn meal in.a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix flour with water just enough to make moist.
( pancake consistency)
Step 2
Pour flour batter into bird seed mixture.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Scoop a football size amount into the cookie sheet.
Step 3
Flatten dough ball slightly & carefully cut with cookie cutter. Make a hole in the cookies with a straw.
Step 4
Cook in 350 degree oven for 12 min, flip & continue cooking for another 12 min.
Cool cookies, thread twine through the straw hole & voilà. Your birds have a sweet treat.
