  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 peeled and sliced frozen bananas

Step 1

put frozen bananas and 1/2 of the milk in a blender; blend for 30 seconds. Add the rest of the milk and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds more

Step 2

ready to serve or if you like you can pop in the freezer for a little bit


I find it's easier if you slice the bananas before you freeze them
