  • 2 cloves fine mashed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine grated lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • Kosher or sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chipotle powder
  • 4-12 to 16 ounce 1-1/2 inch thick steaks
