  • * 8 ripe magnos
  • * 5 cups of sugar
  • * 4 cups of water
  • * 2 cloves
  • * 1 cinnamon
  • * 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and cut mangoes.

Step 2

Heat water and add:
* peeled mangoes
* cinnamon
* cloves
Allow to boil for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Mix sugar and cook until the mixture turns thick.

Step 4

Add vanilla and mix it all well.

Step 5

Mango jam is ready!
