Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of All purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Step 2
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter. Mix all until smooth.
Step 3
Heat pan with a little bite of oil. Pour batter and cook until golden brown. Then flip onto the other side and cook.
You could replace the cow milk with soy milk.
