Ingredients
- 8 oz of wide egg noodles
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups diced ham
- pepper salt as desired
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- paprika
- 1/2 tea spoons caraway seeds
- caraway has strong flavor dont over use & they are optional

Preparation
Step 1
cook noodles drain and set aside.
saute onions in butter and stir in noodles.
Step 2
stir egg mixture, ham,carawy,and pepper then add into noodles.
Step 3
In baking dish add noodle mixture 1/2 and sprinkle with bread crumbs. add rest of noodle mixture and top with remaining bread crumbs.
Step 4
sprinkle with paprika and cook uncovered 350 deg for 40 min.
