Ingredients

  • Same as Rasgoole recipe
  • fresh, ground elachi
  • 1 liters half and half
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • badam
  • pista

Preparation

Step 1

Make like rasgoole but instead of making balls flatten them up.

Step 2

Make rabri. Boil half and half milk till slightly thick.

Step 3

Put some elachi and badam and then add sweetened condensed milk and boil some more.

Step 4

Then soak the flattened rasmali in rabri. Leave for couple of hours at room temperature. Put in fridge overnight.

Step 5

Garnish with pista and badam.
