Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Knorr Vegetable Dry Soup Mix
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sour cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 1 package (300 g.) frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 large round loaf sour dough bread

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Knorr Vegetable Dry Soup Mix and all other ingredients, except bread, and chill about 2 hours.

Step 2

To make bread “bowl” hollow out centre of loaf. Slice bread from centre into cubes and set aside. Fill with spinach dip, and serve with fresh vegetables, bread cubes or potato chips.

Spinach Dip Canapés: Hollow out cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. Fill vegetables with Spinach Dip and garnish with a sprig of dill.
