Ingredients

  • 50 grams of macadamia nuts, roasted and salted
  • 80 grams of Butter
  • 50 grams of brown raw cane sugar
  • 100 grams of oat flour
  • 50 grams of oat flakes
  • 30 grams of candied ginger
  • 500 grams of peaches

Preparation

Step 1

For the crumbles, chop the macadamia nuts.

Step 2

Cut the butter into pieces and mix with sugar, oat flour, oat flakes and nuts to crumble.

Step 3

Then put in a cool place.

Step 4

For the filling finely dice the candied ginger.

Step 5

Peel off the skin of the peaches and cut into quarters. Mix peaches and ginger.

Step 6

Grease a small ovenproof form with butter and fill in the peaches.

Step 7

Now add the crumbled mass.

Step 8

Bake the crumble in the pre-heated oven at 180° Celcius on the second, lower rail for 25 minutes.

Step 9

Allow to cool a bit and serve.
