Ingredients
- 1 large watermelon
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powered sugar
- 1/3 cup mixed berry's
Preparation
Step 1
Take the watermelon and cut off the rind and shape it in to a tall cylinder.
Step 2
Pour the cream in to a bowl and whip till soft peaks then add the sugar and whisk again.
Step 3
Pour the cream onto the cake and spread quickly, then put in a refrigerator and let sit for 20 minutes then take out and decorate with berry's and serve within 1 hour.
