Ingredients
- 1 8 oz duck breast ~
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 slice of leg of lamb 8 oz ~
- 1 beef steak
- 1 can of Coke
- 5 tablespoons (tbsp) soy sauce
- candied Ginger
- Salt and pepper
- Skewers

Preparation
Step 1
Cut all meat into 2cm x 2 cm ~ removing the fat and bones. Place the meat in a large bowl. Add cola, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Let stand in a cool place covered with a plate or plastic wrap.
Step 2
Prepare kebabs by placing 4 pieces per skewer. A lamb kebab, one skewer beef, one skewer duck, a whole chicken skewer and a ginger chicken last. Cook on barbecue, griddle, or grill.
