Ingredients

  • Rump roast
  • Jar of mild pepper rings
  • 2 cans of beer

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast in crock pot.

Put the mild pepper rings on top

Pour half of the pepper juice of top

Pour a can to two cans of beer on top. (I usually do a can an a half) Bigger roasts use 2

Step 2

Turn crock pot on high for two hours then on low for 8 or until roast to cooked through

best results start the night before. Roast is so tender you can pull it apart with a fork
