Ingredients
- 2 Parsnips
- 2 turnips
- 2 carrots
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 & cut vegetables into uniform fry shaped slices
Step 2
Place in a single layer on a clean kitchen towel, sprinkle veggies with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry & toss with cumin, paprika, and olive oil
Step 3
Roast on a baking sheet until crisp-tender, about 20 minutes
