Ingredients
- 7 oz elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbls flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan melt butter then stir in flour for a minute or so...add milk, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and salt/pepper. Stir until cream cheese is melted and mixed well. Add cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese. Put into a greased baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Place crushed kettle cooked potato chips or buttered bread crumbs on top and bake 5 more minutes.Enjoy
