Ingredients
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cup milk
- 6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together mustard powder, Old Bay seasoning, eggs, and milk. Add the crab meat, bread, and cheese; stir to coat evenly. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes. Uncover and reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until set.
