Ingredients
- Cabbage 455 gms
- Onions 55 gms
- Green chillies 5 gms
- Mustard seeds
- Coconut
- Curry leaves 1 spring
- Turmeric a pinch
Preparation
Step 1
1. Shred cabbage fine.
2. Chop onions and green chillies.
3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds.
4. When mustard seeds crackle, add curry leaves, turmeric, chopped onions, green chillies and saute.
5. Add cabbage and salt.
6. Cook on a slow fire till vegetables are well cooked. Stir constantly and sprinkle a little water if necessary.
7. Add grated coconut, cook a little longer, stir well, remove from fire and serve hot.
