Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds beef steak, cubed or thinly sliced
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- dash dried oregano leaves
- 2 large white onions, sliced in rings
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 1½ cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2-3 tsp. Adobo
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a gallon Ziploc bag or plasticware container, make sure they are mixed to distribute flavor evenly.
Step 2
Marinate 4 hours to overnight in fridge.
Step 3
Dump contents of bag/container into a heavy skillet and bring it to a boil. Cook over low heat, covered, for about 40 minutes or so.
Step 4
Enjoy with white rice...and maybe some tostones!
