Ingredients
- For the dough:
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- For rolling the cookies:
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Mix the dough ingredients, and shape into balls.
Step 3
Mix the cinnamon the rest of and sugar, and roll the balls in this mixture.
Step 4
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
