Super Easy Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 lb pork sausage
  • 2 tbs Italian season
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 3/4 bread crumbs
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • Provolone slice cheese
  • hoagie rolls

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine ground beef, pork sausage, Italian season, garlic and bread crumbs together.

Step 2

Using your hands mix well and then form 30 small to medium size meatballs.

Step 3

In a large skillet on medium heat add the meatballs and cook until the meatballs are brown and cooked all the way.

Step 4

Drain the meatballs, In a large saucepan, heat your favorite marinara sauce over medium heat until simmering. Add meatball and stir to coat. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes

Step 5

Cut sub rolls, Add the provolone cheese to the bottom of the sub roll and then add about 4-5 meatballs to the bottom sub, spoon warm marinara sauce over the meatballs.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy.
