Ingredients
- 1 Bottle (standard size) Pinot Grigio
- 2.5 Cups Fresh Apple Cider
- 1 Cup Club Soda
- 1/2 Cup Ginger Brandy
- 3 Honey Crisp Apples
- 3 Pears
Preparation
Step 1
Chop Pears and Apples.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients together and stir, stir, stir.
Step 3
Refrigerate for an hour or longer before serving.
If you are going to let it sit over night to soak the alcohol into the fruit, then add everything but the Club Soda. It can be added right before being served the next day.
