Ingredients
- *1 cup Karo light corn syrup
- *3 eggs
- *1/2 cup sugar
- *2 tbsp butter, melted
- *1 tsp vanilla extract
- *1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans
- *1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Stir 1st five ingredients thoroughly using a spoon. mix pecans.
Step 2
Pour into pie crust.
Step 3
Bake on center rack of oven for 60 to 70 min.
Step 4
Cool for two hours and store in refrigerator.
