Apple Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 medium banana, (for a thicker smoothie use a frozen banana)
  • 2 oz orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend everything for about 1 to 2 minutes or until everything is well blended. Pour in tall glasses and serve.
