Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup- 1 1/2 lb ground beef- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs- 1 egg, slightly beaten- 1/4 c. chopped onion- dash of pepper- 2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix-

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1/4 cup of soup with the rest of ingredients. Mix thoroughly and shape into desired size of patties. Brown in a small amount of oil, both sides. Remove from pan. Drain oil and return to pan.

Step 2

Mix gravy mix with 2 cups of hot water and remaining soup. Pour over patties; bring to a boil Turn down to simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
