Step 1
Sautee ham in 2tbps butter over med high until lightly browned. Remove ham from pan, leaving drippings in pan. Melt remaining butter. When butter is melted, slowly whisk in 3tbsp flour. When it forms a paste and starts to bubble, slowly whisk in milk. Bring to boil and reduce heat to med, stirring constantly. After sauce begins to thicken, add cubed ham. Fold in hard boiled egg. Turn off burner and let sit for 5 mins. Serve over toast or biscuits.
