Homemade Chocolate Chips or Carob Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup cocoa or carob powder
  • 3 TB sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt coconut oil over very low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in carob, sweetener, and vanilla.

Step 2

Pour mixture into a pan (8x8)

Step 3

Place in freezer until solid. Remove and cut in chunks. Store in a cool place till ready to use.
