Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of butter, soften to room temp.
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat powdered sugar and butter until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and salt and keep mixing for one minute. Add flour and beat until combined. Roll dough between sheets of wax paper to 1/4 " thickness, place on baking sheetsand freeze until dough is firm, about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the dough from freezer, remove wax paper with a sharp knife cut animal shapes. Bake on ungreased sheets at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
