Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Separate eggs. Add flour, baking powder, and milk to egg yolks and mix to form a thick batter. Whisk the egg whites with the salt until they form soft peaks to fold into the batter.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Lightly oil the pan. Pour some batter into the pan. Fry for a couple of minutes until it looks golden and firm (bubbles on the edges). Loosen with a spatula and flip the pancake. Continue frying until both sides are golden.
Pancakes can be made large or small. You can add in a cup of chocolate chips or blueberries for flavored pancakes.
