Ingredients
- 1 container of hummus (~7 ounces)
- 1 cup coarsely cut free baby spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Kalamata or black olives
- You can double this recipe for larger parties and Serve with toasted pita wedges.
Preparation
Step 1
Spread hummus on a 9-inch serving platter (or you can put it on a large flat soft bread that can be cut into pieces as an alternate). Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until serving time.
