Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing(optional)
- 1/4 cup franks hot sauce
- shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
boil the chicken breast, let cool the chop finely
Step 2
melt the cream cheese over med-low heat. once creamy add the blue cheese, hot sauce and chicken.
Step 3
remove from heat, fold in half of shredded cheese. pour into 8x8 square pan. top with remaining cheese.
Step 4
bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly
