Baked beans and Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 19 oz. deep browned beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 oz. kidney beans
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. instant bacon bits
  • 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in pan. Add onions and saute slowly until limp. Put in 1.5 quart casserole dish.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients in order given. Stir in mix.

Step 3

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours until bubbly. Stir once or twice during baking.
