Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

flour, milk, eggs, and oil.

Step 2

Heat up a small pan to meduim heat.

Step 3

Spoon in 3 Tbsp. of the batter (take the pan off the heat when you do this) and spread the batter all around the pan.

Step 4

Put the pan back on the stove and brown each side.

Step 5

Repeat this until there is no batter.

Step 6

Add anything you like to this such as fruit, jam, seafood, or plain old maple syrup tastes just as great.
